Welcome to Flushiest. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flushiest platform, accessible at flushiest.com, operated by Bona Agency, Amsterdam, Netherlands ("Flushiest", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Flushiest — whether as a user seeking toilet access or as a host listing a toilet — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Flushiest is a marketplace platform that connects users seeking toilet access ("Users") with individuals or businesses offering toilet access ("Hosts"). Flushiest is not itself a provider of toilet facilities.
The contract for toilet access is formed directly between the User and the Host. Flushiest facilitates the transaction by providing the platform, payment processing infrastructure, and ticketing system, and takes a 10% platform fee on each transaction.
Flushiest is not responsible for the quality, cleanliness, safety, or availability of any toilet listed on the platform beyond the obligations set out in these Terms.
By using Flushiest you confirm that you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Under Dutch law, persons under the age of 18 lack full legal capacity to enter contracts without parental or guardian consent.
By completing a purchase on Flushiest, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained the required parental or guardian consent. Flushiest does not actively verify age. Responsibility for compliance rests with the user.
An account is required to purchase tickets or list a toilet on Flushiest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
Flushiest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users, hosts, or the platform.
Flushiest offers two types of tickets:
Tickets are issued as QR codes and are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your ticket to another person is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Flushiest is not responsible for tickets that are lost, deleted, or rendered inaccessible due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to device failure or loss of access to your email account.
All payments on Flushiest are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Flushiest does not store your payment card details.
Payments are made directly to the host's Stripe Connect account. Flushiest deducts a 10% platform fee from each transaction automatically. The host receives the remainder after Stripe's processing fees.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Dynamic pricing may apply during periods of high demand — the price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital purchases. However, this right does not apply where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By completing a ticket purchase on Flushiest, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds may be granted at Flushiest's discretion in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, contact us at privacy@flushiest.com with your ticket details and a description of the issue. Flushiest will review the request against platform records including ticket status, usage logs, and toilet availability history. Refund decisions are at Flushiest's sole discretion.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, unused tickets where the toilet remained available, or tickets that have been fully or partially used.

Flushiest operates a two-way flagging system. Both users and hosts may report violations of these Terms or the Flushiest Standard of Care. Reports are reviewed by Flushiest and may result in warnings, listing suspension, or account termination depending on the severity and frequency of violations.
Flushiest reserves the right to remove any listing or account that does not meet our community standards, without prior notice in cases of serious violation.
The Flushiest platform, including its design, code, branding, and content created by Flushiest, is the intellectual property of Bona Agency and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Flushiest content without our express written permission.
Content submitted by hosts (including photos and descriptions) remains the intellectual property of the host. By submitting content to the platform, hosts grant Flushiest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Flushiest's liability is limited as follows:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@flushiest.com. Upon termination, any active tickets in your account will be invalidated and are not eligible for refund unless they qualify under Section 7.
Flushiest may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In the event of termination by Flushiest without cause, any unused tickets will be refunded in full.
Your use of Flushiest is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Flushiest reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
